A pro-government Turkish newspaper placed an ad at Istanbuls main airport on Friday warning against travel to Sweden due to alleged high incidences of rape, the state-run news agency reported, in the latest escalation of tensions between Turkey and its European allies.
Anadolu Agency said the ad by Güneş newspaper appeared on two billboards at Atatürk Airports International Terminal and read in Turkish and in English: Travel Warning! Did you know that Sweden has the highest rape rate worldwide?
The ad was apparently placed in retaliation for a similar news ticker at the Vienna airport last week claiming Turkey allows sex with children and a subsequent tweet by Swedens foreign minister calling on Turkey to respect child rights.
Both incidents were in response to an earlier decision by Turkeys Constitutional Court to scrap an article in the penal code defining sexual acts against children as abuse, triggering concern among childrens rights advocates that the move will lead to an increase in child sexual abuse cases.

Turkey airport ad warns against visiting Sweden due to rape...by immigrants from Turkey and other neighboring Islamic countries.
Warning: We have sent our rapists to Sweden. You are now safer staying here.
Next,rape tours of Sweden!
muzzards are doing all the raping.
A lot of Muslims that have money often go to places like Sweden or the rest of Europe to actually let it all out and enjoy themselves (rather than blow up the place). For example the flight attendants on Emirates and Gutter Airlines will wear nearly full face coverings until they clear Middle Eastern airspace...then they become normally dressed.
The problem for the Middle Eastern women visiting up there is once they dress like Westerners, they become fair game for the people they thought they got away from.
Perhaps it is time for Mr.Obama to issue a similar warning?
Unfortunately, true.
