You know as soon as I read this post I realized that I did read your post a while back where you talked about losing your job. I did NOT remember that until you reminded me of the fact. I was quite ashamed to have written that after you reminded me of that. Had that been in my cranium I can honestly say that I never would have written that. We have been thru that somewhat recently and it is a stress I would not wish on my worst enemy. I do hope for you a financial turnaround. Being unemployed adds stress to every facet of a person’s life. If it is worth anything to you, I regret, w/ every fiber of my being,writing that.
Real simple. How difficult is it for a POTUS and first family to project a strong positive image, not only to the nation but the world. This girl obviously lacks respect for her position as the presidents daughter, who should be an example to others. Absolutely ZERO self control and ZERO respect for the sacrifices made by many who have given her eight years of protection, education, vacations, private planes and other extravagant living. FAIL!

I did not want to dilute my last post w/ an unrelated question . I have always found it strange when FReepers’ loyalties are challenged. I always assume FReepers run the gamut from iron clad , staunch conservatives to middle of the road, to newbie fawns on unsure legs. The most important point is that all of us are here, we have conservative values and frankly FR has been a guiding light in my conservative evolution. Why is it a damning thing, to you & probably others, that this will be my first Republican presidential vote.......I have voted Repu lican for other offices. I am genuinely interested in why you think that. People change & evolve at different stages in their life.

Yes, Texas and my son was a Border Patrol Agent and shot a cartel drug smuggler that tried to kill him.
I live a couple of miles from the border. Tons of BP agents in this town and I actually bought my home from a DEA agent. I know and am fully aware of the 2nd and 3rd order affects of illegals coming across the southern border. We need a wall.
