In my lifetime, there has NEVER been an election in which a Supreme Court seat was open and the new president would get an immediate Scotus nomination.
Making that more important is the tendency on many issues for the court to come down tied. Anthony Kennedy and John Roberts are both totally unreliable.
I’d call it a liberal court already with Kennedy on it.

It's also true (IMHO), this is our last chance to take the USA from running off the cliff. We may still lose the war for America, even if Trump wins, but we WILL have lost it forever if Illary wins.
