There’s every reason for the Russkies to hack the emails and computers of Demonicrats.
There’s no reason for the Russkies to give or sell the hacked emails to those who could damage the Demonicrats, whom the Russkies likely regard as useful idiots.
That is unless the Russian mafia doesn’t like the direct competition with the Clinton crime family.

Actually the emails and other stuff was probably hacked by lots of countries and people
