Spoken like a true libertarian.

I would be best described as a Constitutionalist.

Where in the Constitution is the government given the right to decide what to do with or put into your own body?

Isn't that what the feminists say? It's their body and they can abort if they want to?

And, the states have the right to such regulation (if they so choose).

Go live in downtown Detroit for a year, then come on back and tell us what you think of the crackheads running everything with no cops in sight—if you survive.

I don’t know why there’s so many people that think that being a constitutionalist means taking a huge dump on law and order. I don’t care what you put in your body, either—until it becomes a public nuisance, which the druggies clearly are and have been for a long time. What a we supposed to do, just pull back and let them take over everything? Let’s make Detroit the model for the nation.

It’s been legal to do everything including shooting heroin in several European countries for 40 years. How’s that working for them? Why don’t you go find a VICE documentary on YouTube and find out. In the 1930s, literally 50% of the Chinese population was addicted to opium. Is that what you want? Crack and heroin are no different than a cigarette after dinner, REALLY?

Bottom line: we shouldn’t legislate morality. But we do and sure as hell should legislate public nuisance, which the druggies clearly are.
