Over the last year, however, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has provoked ire from German quarters after repeatedly disparaging the country.
On Monday, Trump sought to insult Democratic opponent Hillary Clinton by comparing her to German Chancellor Angela Merkel, saying incorrectly that crime had skyrocketed under Germany’s refugee policies. Those comments, and others, have left Germans — from the highest pinnacles of business to the grungiest parks — transfixed on the U.S. presidential election.
Unlike in 2008, many report confusion and fear in the face of a candidate who vows to build a wall and shut out allies if he wins the White House in November. …

Yeah, all them there refugees is angry and anxious. Not the Germans whose towns have been taken over, who’ve been victim of their crimes. It would be interesting to know who the authors have spoken with in Germany to come to this conclusion. Probably no one outside of the left wing cafes in urban areas.

I have great admiration and respect for the innovation, the work ethic and attention to detail that Germans are known for. However, if they can’t do any better than Angela Merkel as their leader, with about 54% STILL SUPPORTING her, even after Colonge and the axes on public buses, then I don’t presently require their electoral guidance.
A lot of the best German men were sacrificed in WW2. They became wool sock wearing wusses who will take it up the behind by jihadists.
Just from one night in Cologne, more than 1200 attacks:
2000 “migrants” involved but only a small number can be identified and prosecuted from CCTV.
Germany is under invasive assault but they want to worry about Trump saying something against Merkel. HA HA.
