ing to take my Louie to Dog Beach to let him run an d play. I’m gratified I made that choice because he’s worn out, bathed and sound asleep, so I can have a peaceful evening and perhaps unpack a box or four without him bothering me!
All I can tell you about the patches is that I had total success with their 21 day program when I quit for 2 years 14 years ago. I was so damn stupid to pick up the ugly habit again, but I actually missed smoking because everyone around me smoked. How dumb on my part. I had it beat. All that agony of quitting and all that agony of trying to not gain 100 pounds of extra weight etc. Sheeesh. My shortness of breath had all but disappeared and I was feeling better!
If they had the gum back then, I was not aware. I just had those 21 patches. I bought the fruit gum this time and it’s very tasty. I bought 100 pieces and plan to buy more. I hope those candies come in the same fruit flavor!

I don’t chew gum any longer, it sticks to my ‘teeth’ and the patches were really non effective. When the lozenges came out, switched to them and it was all the difference! They come in mint or cherry flavored. Though Cherries are a favorite fruit, they are not a favorite lozenge flavor. And...like most pharma at Wally World I buy their brand rather than the Nicoderm Still have an occasional hunger, but for 5 years these have satisfactorily served their purpose. LOL I justify the length of time necessary due to the fact the tablet is broken in half and a half, not a whole, is what is normally popped into the mouth. Good luck with your quitting. Still miss a smoke now and again. When out and about attempt to get as many nose hits as possible just to remember....sigh.
After this election cycle is done, hope to ween myself off these. Therefore, it is most important that TRUMP win! :-)
