Hope you made it to Magnolia today. Want to hear all about it.

Ribs will be coming out of the smoker in twenty minutes.
Teletransport yourself about 225 miles southwest of Waco.

If only I could, I’d be there in a heartbeat! Yum!!!! Ok, run down on Magnolia.

1. Very busy. No parking on street. Parking at the Baptist church (close to the shop) was 10.00.

2. Tons of people. But the place is large, so the crowds were not too depressing.

3. They are already expanding and part of the grounds were fenced off.

4. The shopping: you are offered a Magnolia cloth bag upon entering. This goes back when you check out.
a. Very rustic.
b. Lots of candles, accessory pieces.
c. Signs, both metal and wood. Large, midsize and some small.
d. There is Chips corner in the main building. But we did not shop there.

They have a very big staff always standing ready to help. Very friendly.

Across from the main bldg is a smaller bldg which sells some food. I think cupcakes and the like. At the far back of the compound are food trucks. Picnic tables are all over outdoors in garden settings and under tables with umbrellas. The color scheme for the place is black and white.

There is also a large area for kids to run and play. There are corn hole games and balls that I saw.

They also have a garden with flowers, herbs and greens and a shed which is where they sell some potting supplies.

I got out for under fifty. Hubby was just glad to get out. We also went to the Texas Ranger Museum. Pretty nice. I’d recommend it.

Oh, the Silos themselves are not open to the public from what I can tell. The main shop was in the grain storage bldg directly across from them.

We ate lunch at Lupias (believe that was the name) Mexican restaurant and it was wonderful!

When you go I’d love to get your thoughts and impressions. I would like to see more variety of goods.
