While I can't pick the exact date that Powell will endorse Clinton, I can be certain it will happen when the Clinton campaign and the media partners pull out their rally monkeys - like maybe the day of the first debate.

Powell never should have made Major. The AA wannabe Gen was a MACV advisor as a CPT. He came back as a new major and was not even a BN S-3 or XO. UNREAL. The clown went to the Americal Division HQ as an asst. to the asst. G-3. I saw this man as an LTC BN CO in 73-74 in Korea. He was a joke. The BDE CO was a ring knocker and a pal of Emerson (another West Point grad).Powell was given the most sought after BN in the 2nd Div. He could not even face his own race when they rioted with their black power crap in late 73. He called BDE HQ and the S-3 SGM an SF NCO put the riots down.
