You would have to revise the taxation laws and business regulations more attractive for American companies to employ Americans and keep their offices here. Yes, as you said you should be able to go where you want but I would want to make that less profitable for you.

Exactly, though I’d characterize it as making operating a business here the most profitable option.

The regulatory environment has to be simplified and stabilized. Uncertainty is one of the largest hurdles to investment. Since Obama came into office, companies across the board have been fearful to invest due to the chaotic state of tyrannical agencies.

Their detrimental actions have proven completely unpredictable, while the consequences have been literally incalculable. Even their cronies have learned that getting in bed with the feds can lead to unintended consequences. While a few parasites get rich, nobody wins when the host dies.

When the president makes it official policy to destroy entire classes of business, you know we have a serious problem. When Congress turns a blind eye, you know it’s almost beyond fixing.
