Could the small rallies be on purpose? How much do they publicize a rally prior to it happening?
Makes no sense except that she’s maintaining a lead (maybe) so why take the chance that she will be embarrassed in an event she has less control of.
I still think she would like to find a way of cancelling her debates.
Rambling on here, let me say that sound bites from Trump’s last two major speeches will make great campaign ads.

This isn’t really a “strategy” it’s just because she can’t draw a crowd. Her events are planned out well in advance, just like Trump’s, yet he draws thousands, and she draws sometimes just dozens or a few hundred.
No politician would deliberately have small events.
