From what I read here my vote would be "not guilty".This woman clearly isn't young and she looks like she might be somewhat "frail".She looks like the kind of person who'd have good reason to be *very* fearful of young punks.
Unless there are important facts that I'm unaware of (certainly possible) I say "not guilty".
