Said person in question is a confused woman, wearing men's clothes and wanting to be called a man. They might or might not have had surgical adjustments to remove body parts to appear like a man, too. As for the child.... they claim that the child can't decide if they are a boy, girl, or something else.

The whole reason “gender identity” is a controversy is that 80%+ of these transgenders are men but less than a quarter have the male plumbing removed - so at least 2/3 of the “transgenders” are biologically intact mentally ill men demanding access to women’s spaces to validate their delusion ... and most retain normal sexuality, stating they are sexually attracted to women, but demand to be seen as lesbians.
