Will he actually carry the state? I doubt it. Anyone with any logic will realize a vote for Evan is a vote for Hillary.
I don’t think he will carry the state but he might pull away from Trump a large voting block of self righteous Republicans.
A normal Republican will pull 500,000 to 700,000 votes out of Utah. A normal Democrat will pull 200,000 to 250,000 votes out of Utah.
If you throw McMullin into this mix....he might convince 5,000 to 10,000 Republicans to vote in this manner. But I just can’t see him pulling 250,000 votes and eliminating Trump from winning the state.
Just when you look at the guy’s resume....you just start laughing. So, he is a college graduate and did missionary time. Then? He was some refugee camp center guy in the Middle East, and then some secret agent guy for a decade, then ended up as an investment guru for some Wall Street crowd, and then got hooked up with Republican adviser deal in the House? It’s a seven-line resume at best.
