I did not expect the Obama admin to prosecute the Criminal. I also do not buy the meme that if the FBI recommended indictment, which they still could have done so publicly, would let her be seen as a falsely, persecuted, little women engendering a big sympathetic vote for poor little Hillary. The Dems would not have a perceptual advantage in this election, but it would be publicly seen as cronyism and corruption by the Obama administration playing favors to save themselves and Hillary. And if Trump wins, he still can re-open the Hillary investigation and indict.
