The Cubs are more concerned with the “insensitivity” of the song played in this situation than with the domestic abuser who is on their pitching staff.

I can't believe the Cubs put this player on their roster.

Dominant closer who throws 104 mph. The Cubs want to win a World Series. What this guy did is not uncommon for many black athletes (lots of celebrated thugs in the NBA and NFL).

Can’t hold the Cubs responsible for the culture. Real bonehead move to play the song.

He was punished and served his 30 game suspension. Doesn’t he have a right to mend his life? Besides, he throws it over 100 MPH, with accuracy.
