In a future press conference the cops will praise GREAT police work by a myriad police divisions, agencies, etc. while anyone who pays attention knows that tips from the public is what solves almost every crime.
When doing hits, at the very least, steal a goddam license plate and remove and discard it afterwards. Best to steal one, and swap it with another in a different location so it may take a while to discover. I would pick on a senior living condo with outdoor parking as a target.
