If we put in Mike Lee as Senate Majority Leader (only because Samuel Adams is unavailable) then maybe keeping the Senate would make a difference. And we’re going to need Senate support when President Trump starts naming SCOTUS candidates.

The members of the Senate get to do that. If the GOP is in the Majority again, they'll probably hand it back to turtle neck.
