Yep. As is the usage of ‘kingpin’ when, I’d bet, that tally breaks down to multitudes of ~$10K amounts vs. $M+ (aka NON-’kingpins’)

Let alone the lack of prosecution statistics, or how well the border was\is secured to stem the flow to begin (*BWAhaha*. Sorry, couldn’t contain myself on that last part).
