Excellent point....the IRS says the BIGGEST f money launder/tax evasion frauds are one foundation writing a check to another foundation....the way they siphon tax-free money off for themselves.
LIKE THIS....the donor foundation writes a generous check to the do-good foundation's cause. The do-good takes a cut then deposits a chunk offshore in a numbered account for the donor's use later.
