I don't know the reason[s] but I guarantee that Hillary and Bill Clinton gave the go ahead to knock him off. Probably the old "Dead men tell no tales" clique. And to send a message to others that might have similar problems with their mouths. You can take to the bank that their Gestapo, a/k/a, the FBI is involved.
