Right at the end, I’m certain I see it light up the other guy’s sleeve. He turns it on and points it into the dark area, I think.

However, even if it is a flashlight, it still very odd.

Why carry a flashlight and follow Hillary around?

There are more than one photos/videos of the large black SS guy holding something cylendrical in his hand. It looks as though one may be some kind of pointer/flashlight, when Hitlery in in the white suit in the room with balloons, but when walking down the hall, it does not look like a flashlight/pointer.
