Yes, no question. Even more: If you run the video and start single framing at 0:07, you will soon see the bright part of the beam high on the dark background on the right, then down the flag, and then it jumps around, out into the hall, and finally ends up shining on the guy’s sleeve. You can even see him pass it from his left hand (his preferred carrying hand, it seems) into his right at about 0:11.
He may have an injector in other outdoor vids, but this is clearly a flashlight. Maybe he has both and puts the injector in his pocket when they are inside near dark areas.
