She appeared to have an absence seizure or a petit mal seizure, and her handler talked her out of it!
Mayo Clinic:
Absence seizures involve brief, sudden lapses of consciousness. Theyre more common in children than adults. Someone having an absence seizure may look like he or she is staring into space for a few seconds. This type of seizure usually doesnt lead to physical injury.

As a workers comp case manager, I’ve had clients of all ages act just like Hillary does-I’ve said it on a couple of other threads-she is taking too many psychotropic drugs-that is why she is zoning out and acting bizarre, and those heavy duty drugs can even produce hallucinations-her handlers are trying to keep the fact that she is depressed, bi-polar whatever under wraps-who wants a pres who is mentally/emotionally unstable? They are making sure she is heavily medicated-plus she is too fat for her joints not to be strained, and she probably gets drunk a lot
My uncle had a grand mal while driving into a busy intersection. My dad was in the car and quickly took control.. He said it wasn’t pretty. Thank goodness he was there. Could have killed them both.
You could be right about the absence seizures. My MIL had them. Hers were caused by dementia destroying parts of her brain. She could carry on conversations & seemed lucid. We had no idea that she was having seizures. We thought she was just thinking about something. They were just a few seconds long
