Her argument to the press was that if the document doesn't bear a prominent marking, then overlooking the contents as sensitive isn't unreasonable. It's deference to form over substance.

A person with judgment would recognize certain contents as sensitive, like the name of an Iranian scientist who was feeding us information about Iran's activities. Marking or not, that identifying information is sensitive. But in Hillary's world, an important (maybe decisive) factor is whether or not the document or transmission with sensitive information is accompanied by a big header, or some other formality.

With as many docs as hillary has seen over the years she is trying to tell the public that she couldn't tell a watermelon form a cantaloupe or a dog from a cat,not gonna work.
