Having visited Brazil (more than once) I can assure everyone that Brazilians can just barely get out of their own way,let alone be pioneers in aviation.
Hubbie says that one thing that really struck him was their attitude that they were just as good as the USA and were annoyed that they didn’t have the standing in the world as we do. Sorta like a 12 year old getting mad the parents won’t treat him like an adult.
