I can see why you might think that, but part of your rationale says he's fine - his heart wasn;t in the endorsements. I agree with that, he read them off a script.

And it isn't Trump's doing that Nehlan was excluded from the rally. I bet he was (at least inwardly) ballistic about that. "Big tent" my ass! Same song as usual, the elites have a big tent as long as they set all the terms.

Trump won't win all his battles. He probably won't make all the right "don't fight this battle" decisions. Nobody is as perfect as we armchair quarterbacks!!

That’s what I thought, too, considering how fair Trump is, and how he’s committed to keeping his word. And if he had been ballistic, I’ll bet it wasn’t “inwardly”! :)
