She works with diabetic. ( gets them off insulin) and extreme obese). It is not difficult to follow her diet. She allows some cheating.
No white potatoes. No refined sugars. Honey , maple syrup OK. No Grains. Or at least limited.
My belly is almost gone. Beer belly is a grain issue weight watchers is taking on some the diet but not enough to keep one going. Hers takes away cravings
