Just a hunch, but Im guessing none of the Olympians have one iota of a clue about proper AMERICAN flag etiquette, nor do I think anyone cared enough to brief them before this international crapfest called Olympic Games
It’s sort of bizarre here in Toronto. You can get the live coverage on the CBC or time warp back to watch NBC. The first speech so far was awful. I muted it and only watching the images now.
So how does this work? I thought this was ABC order so Team USA should be at back of the line?
Remember when the US men’s basketball team with Magic Johnson won the gold? Their units were made by Nike. Magic and several others used the US flag to cover the Nike logo because they didn’t have any promotional deals with Nike. Personally, I didn’t like them using the flag in that manner. The uni looked pretty neat.
