Right now, the ONLY goal DJT has to achieve is to WIN.
If he doesn’t win, it won’t matter who wins the other races, HRC will shut down the last vestiges of liberty, and it will take more than the ballot box to ever retrieve it. Yes, the state of our country is that dire.
DJT knows this, and is focused ONLY on saving America. He knows he can only save America if he wins. Thus, he must have concluded that he needed to make this move in order to achieve the WIN and save America.
Now, once he wins, the leverage he will wield with the power of the Presidency will change entirely. But first, he must do whatever he must do, to WIN.
Oh I agree about winning.
But Ryan,McCain and Ayotte are not part of that equation.
Ryan is 1 out of 435 people in the House. If he loses on Tuesday, we get another Speaker in January.
Does anyone think that would be bad thing?
McCain is a Manchurian candidate and cannot be trusted.
Ayotte is a Tea Party turncoat who is in lockstep with McCain.
Let the GOP primaries be held without interference, and then as the leader of the party, you back the winners in a united effort to win the general election.
I just wish Trump would let these primary contests play out.
