I can smell the fear of Trump. They will do anything to stop him. Sick.

If it came to that,b huge if, they would have to run Sessions. Sessions is in the Trump camp on policy, is more politically polished and smart. The other option could be Newt. I don’t see it happening, though

Trump is not going to quit and Trump is not going to be removed. I fully expect him to win in November.
The anti-Trump people just won't give up, will they?

" (Trump has not given any indications that he no longer wants to be his party's nominee.)" So this is all just BS speculation about a non-existent scenario that they wish would occur.

would have to drop out by early September to give the party enough time to choose his replacement and get the next nominee's name on the ballot in enough states to winThe globalist uniparty are in a fever.
But the one in danger of being replaced is actually Hillary.
These next couple of weeks are critical for her -- If Obama and Jarrett conclude that she cannot beat Trump they will replace her with Joe Biden.
They have complete leverage over her and can threaten her with RICO prosecutions over the Clinton Foundation unless she withdraws for health reasons.
You can be sure the globalists are poring over the polling data and focus group results for Hillary like crazy and they are having the MSM throw everything they can at Trump to try to gauge the true state of the race right now.

Agree with @daveweigel that floats that Trump is going to drop out are largely last gasp of people who have opposed Trump all along.”
No one believes ANY of the BS being spewed.

Don’t hold your breath, asswipes! Donald Trump is NOT a quitter, he’s quite the opposite. I do wish that he’d focus on Hillary’s problems and his virtues for our nation, but just because he lost a little focus because of this Khan creature doesn’t mean that he’s even thinking of quitting.
However, there is a line forming to the right for you GOPe types to withdraw from the Party.

Trump truly has no one in the establishment who is not supporting Clinton....republican establishment, democrat establishment, media, education, etc.
It is Trump versus the world.
That’s a tough stand to take alone. It takes a real fighter even to undertake it. Very few stand in public with him.
It’s like an old Louis L’Amour western.
