The father of a Muslim American soldier killed in Iraq who is caught up in a war of words with Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump is an immigration lawyer who specializes in a highly controversial program accused of letting immigrants buy their way into the U.S.
Khizr M. Khan's website notes that he works to help clients with the E-2 and EB-5 programs that let overseas investors buy into U.S. companies and also provides green cards for family members.
It also said that he helps in the purchase of U.S. real estate and businesses. The website lists his ability to practice in New York, though it gives a Washington phone number for the lawyer who lives in Virginia. A man who answered the phone said the website was correct, though he would not identify himself.
"The E-2 and EB-5 are two of the most notoriously abused visa categories that essentially allow wealthy foreigners to buy their way to U.S. residency, and possibly citizenship, with a relatively modest investment," said Jessica Vaughan, the policy director for the Center for Immigration Studies.

Every branch of the media are making a full throttle push to discredit Trump, and truth is no object to them.
Kind of makes you wonder if Trump knew this all along. He has a way to pulling the rug out from underneath the media all the time on things like this.

I checked Khan’s website. The address of his office is:

This a Regus run office company that offers offices or virtual offices. I used something similar for a business I had.
Regus hosts many businesses that use common meeting rooms and a receptionist who services all businesses housed there or a virtual office that forwards calls to you.
It allows small businesses to have an office or an address that makes them look more impressive than they really are. It is also a cheap way to maintain an office.
Khan’s business may be really small potatoes. He is trying to maintain an image. I understand he lives in VA, which means he is just paying for a virtual office in NY,

I checked the address on Zillow, it’s a house that was sold in 2013 (no price given). Also has a weird tax history.

But the American Muslims Vote still (according to Clarice Feldman the domain was registered 13 July 2016) shows the DC number as an alternatative phone number to the organization. The first number is a cell phone that is registered to Sharoze Kahn MD.
