Well, as I just wrote, this is a “town hall event.” Those usually have smaller crowds so people can actually be heard when they ask questions.
This i a town-hall meeting, a smaller venue. Trump did say that the fire marshal turned away thousands. Asked if the mayor was a democrat.......
