At least 50. No more than 90. The Turks would have raised hell if Obama green lighted Iranian nukes while Turkey had none. This appears to be a full blockade of Incirlik with thousands of police and numerous civilian trucks.
If Odamna allows Turkey to seize a base and nuclear weapons he would be embracing an act of war and a crime against humanity - which should result in impeachment and trial ahem. But, as I say, we seem to be in an alternate universe. God save the Republic!
