This goes on because the politicians WANT it to go on!!!!

Every four years it’s the same BS. Concerns, worries and fretting by the electorate (not the politicians) leading up to the election...screams and accusations in the months following the election...and then nothing.

One would think, considering all the recent Republican gains in state houses and governorships, that if GOP pols truly cared about election fraud, laws would be passed to prevent it. But few expend the effort. Even in the rare instances when laws *are* passed, they are challenged in the courts and the appeals are dragged out (pols have *other, more important* work to do) and the final rejection rulings come down shortly before election time. Then the pols throw up their hands and say, “What can we do? The courts ruled against us.”

If this was truly a priority to GOP pols, it would be the FIRST ORDER OF BUSINESS in state legislatures...but it isn’t a priority and so it is not the first order of business and so every four years we go through this same BS.

THIS IS THE SYSTEM THE UNI-PARTY WANTS and no one, not even Trump, can change it in time.

If the new Congress begins its session by rendering impeachment proceedings against twenty or more activist federal judges (an an old biddy Justice), Congress could begin to reign in the crazies who are intent on legislating from the bench. They could also simply abolish an existing federal district, or ten, and remake it/them with a new slate of judges intent on following the law, instead of acting as super legislators.
