Remember the 1950 movie, All About Eve?
In that classic tale of ambition and treachery which won six Oscars, an ambitious Broadway wannabe, Eve Harrington, played by Anne Baxter, connives to push aside and replace an established star, Margo Channing, played by the legendary Bette Davis.
In the film, Eve is described, cuttingly and accurately, as having contempt for humanity [an] inability to love and be loved, insatiable ambition, and, yes, talent.
For her part, whether or not OReilly is a factor, Kelly seems to intent moving on; Fox, it seems, was just a stepping stone for her. And that stuff about fair and balanced? You know, the watchwords which most journalists at Fox strive to live by? Well, well have to see.
Ha ha. Yes, thats a good joke about jobs: I might need one soon. But in fact, discussion of next jobs is an extremely touchy subject in television. Why? Because under the terms of most TV contracts, talent is forbidden to entertain any discussion of other employment, except for a narrowly defined window of timetypically a month before the contract expires. From a business point of view, this window provision makes good sense; otherwise, poaching would be a nonstop subject of discussion and gossip, thereby distracting both performers and viewers. And yet heres Kelly, schmoozing with no less than Jeff Zucker, the president of CNN.
So did she just violate the terms of her contract? And if so, what will Fox do about it? Stay tuned. One thing, though, is for sure: No man is going to tell Megyn Kelly what to donone would dare.
In the meantime, we should fasten our seatbelts; its going to be a bumpy ride as Eve Kelly continues her insatiable ascent.

Take a pill.
Take two.
No...
Take the whole bottle.
Oh, dear! You’re suggesting I kill myself. You, who were so upset I support using bad people for good causes and kicking them to the curb when they were no longer of help. I’m shocked! I thought you were so holy. I guess, like the rest of us, you’re just another jerk.
I’ve tried and can’t find it...
Go away, you fake holier-than-thou, a**hole.
She’ll be hired by Hillary to be Bill’s assistant. Megyn looks like she could suck the chrome off a trailer hitch. The perfect replacement for Lewinsky.
Would that be a step up though?
The story hinted at O’Reilly - is she after the 8:00 slot?
I no longer can watch her. If fox moves left, they’re done. We made them. If we don’t like what they’re selling, we have lots of options for election coverage. Mostly on line. Recently discovered Tomi Laren on the Blaze channel. A millenial who makes megan kelly look like a total airhead.
From "The Art of War" by 6th century Chinese general, Sun Tzu:
"If you know your enemies and know yourself, you will not be imperiled in a hundred battles.
"If you do NOT know your enemies nor yourself, you will be imperiled in every single battle".
I prefer to be well-informed and well-armed on the enemedia so I know what they're up to and to report their perfidies to others

As long as you know FNC is not your friend and, above all, not conservative.
That's why I watch...to alert and report to those who DON'T know.
(...if you know what I mean, LOL).

“Ive been watching Fox Business Network lately. I particularly like:
Maria Bartiromo
Neil Cavuto
Lou Dobbs
Stuart Varney
So much less happy talk and fluff.”
You forgot one, Charles Payne.
Yeah, I know you know.
I’m just baffled why so many Freepers(and others)still watch FNC thinking it is “conservative.” Outside of Hannity and Judge Jeanine there are no conservative shows on FNC. FNC has gone so far left they are indistinguishable from the rest of the Media.
She’s unstable and untrustworthy. No one is going to want her.
I can’t care enough about Megyn to read this, but looks good.....
