The problem with Pennsylvania is Philadelphia and the utter corruption of that city. If Trump is ahead on election night, rest assured Philadelphia poll results will inexplicably have delays in reporting, but when they finally do report they will have “found” enough votes to give the state to Cankles, even if the total votes cast total 160% of the number of total registered voters.
Trump needs to go to the inner cities and convince enough blacks that voting democrat has give them nothing but misery. If there was ever a time that the black vote was attainable, this is it.

Protests of such a tactic should be met with...”We sould all release our totals together like one big family...we can wait until Philadelphia is ready to release the 100 per cent of its tally vote!”
