She has always looked like Web Hubbell.
Can anyone find a picture of Web when he was in his late 30’s or early 40’s? Would be an interesting comparison.

Most of the pictures I’ve seen of him is him around in his 40s. Haven’t seen much of him lately.

That “Chelsea looks like Web thing” came up back when Bill was chasing women around the WH. It was meant as an insult to Hillary. Chelsea started wearing bright red lipstick and her bottom lip was supposed to look like Webs bottom lip. It was hinted that she had an affair with Vince Foster, Web Hubble and Huma, who knows.
