The only "freedom" we have is from G-d. There is no "right" to violate the laws of G-d by anyone at any time. That doesn't mean any of us are perfect; what it does mean is that the rest of us aren't declaring a sin to be something other than a sin and fighting for the "right" to practice it (not to mention forcing everyone else to participate against their consciences).
You don't sound like a conservative at all. Maybe you belong on a secularist libertarian forum.
