The aircraft used as the background is a B-1”A” Lancer. (All of the B-1’s currently in use are “B” models) There were exactly four produced of which this is Air Vehicle 3.
I got to spend a few years working in Flight/Systems Testing on that project, so if you heard a growl in the background after Trump finished speaking, that was just my airplane adding an applause line.
Cool—i did not know if any of the B-1 “A”’s survived, but you recognized that this one did, and you actually worked on it.
