The polls are meaningless. Gallop says its impossible to do them accuratly because of changed tech and public hostility/distrust of media. Brexit polls were off by over 14 percent. Nate Silver was horribly wrong 7 times in a row, etc. Look at what they are putting out now: NBCWSJ uses a public relations firm hired to help DC insiders, Most of the polls now are online polls. When they are not they have internals where they way oversampled one or the other and under-sample independents.
They are tools of manipulation now not tools of measure. Look at their tiny population size of actual people they claim to have talked with not bots online slamming a poll...

Bottom line - they are making up polls now because its impossible to do them accurately anymore.
