Diversity is one thing. I grew up in a black neighborhood. NO ONE thought about race. We were all friends (this was in the 60’s).

Diversity, when broken down into various victim groups, is where the problems come to light. Throw in the recent phenomena of sub-diverse groups (LGBTABCXYZ) who demand their victim status and the diversity project falls into chaos.

Diversity has become collectivism and victimhood. Easy to manipulate.
We need to reread Ayn.

“The smallest minority on earth is the individual. Those who deny individual rights cannot claim to be defenders of minorities.”
Ayn Rand

Then commie LBJ came along and destroyed the American black family and culture.
