There'll be a "debate", but the rules will be so skewed in herself's favor, it won't even resemble a debate. Probably no rebuttals allowed unless approved by the Beast, and then limited to 10 seconds, then an air horn sounds if Donald tries to interject anything. Questions will range from, "how historic is this election?" to "what can we do about income inequality?" and "why is America so sexist, bigoted, islamophobic?"

Trump should hold out for a real debate. If Shrillary tries to avoid it, then she can be hammered for avoiding debates. In the past, the MSM could spin it all in her favor, but Trump is so able to go directly to the public that he will get his message out about Shrillary hiding from debates.
