Her speech is going to be mostly applause to fill in the time. She isn’t going to say ANYTHING but political platitudes.

I watched some of the Democrat primary debates and she was able to rattle off her canned answers, filling air time. The media will say she is brilliant because she can recite a lot of meaningless drivel that sounds like a dry, screaming reading of the Congressional Record.
