Baltimore State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby is going from prosecutor to civil defendant in connection with the case of the death of Freddie Gray.

On Wednesday, Mosby announced that charges against three officers still facing trial were being dropped. Mosby gave only a statement, but had to leave without taking questions because five of the officers in the case have filed lawsuits against her.

Officers Garrett Miller, Edward Nero and William Porter as well as Sgt. Alicia White and Lt. Brian Rice are suing Mosby and Maj. Samuel Cogen of the Baltimore Sheriff's Office. Cogen was the law enforcement officer who filed charging documents against the officers.

"Please direct me to where you find this."

Find what? I think maybe you meant to direct this post to Navy Patriot rather than me.

If you are correct that Mosby knowingly presented false evidence to the grand jury then that changes a lot. Plaintiff’s case reaches the point where it’s worth taking on a contingency basis.

That is unfortunate, but the police are the ones with the legitimate case. That activist prosecutor should be covered by her own insurance for “malpractice”. That’s who should be paying. I don’t understand why the Gray family was paid over $6 million before anything was even determined. That is outrageous.

I have looked and googled and it shows the grounds but does not give any results. Now I am speaking from the Criminal side where folks have been exonerated.
It may happen but I would like to verify it.

She allowed her alligator mouth to override her hummingbird rear-end. Now she faces the music for her actions. As we said in my days in the Army (and I know the Navy, Marines and Air Force say the same thing). People, it’s time for a blanket party, and I know just the person to get it.

Folks you need to realize who runs America, it is lawyers.

+1,000,000,000,000

And lawyers are America's BIGGEST problem.

Since the lives of so many other police were negatively affected by the actions of Mosby, maybe a class action can be attempted?

At the very least, there needs to be a ‘grass action’ in play against these dirty attorneys.

And that is one good reason to have CWII: to cleanse the country of corrupt and crooked lawyers, and those that are in politics.

Oops! Didn’t mean to repeat myself...
