If you are correct that Mosby knowingly presented false evidence to the grand jury then that changes a lot. Plaintiff’s case reaches the point where it’s worth taking on a contingency basis.

That is unfortunate, but the police are the ones with the legitimate case. That activist prosecutor should be covered by her own insurance for “malpractice”. That’s who should be paying. I don’t understand why the Gray family was paid over $6 million before anything was even determined. That is outrageous.
I have looked and googled and it shows the grounds but does not give any results. Now I am speaking from the Criminal side where folks have been exonerated.

Since the lives of so many other police were negatively affected by the actions of Mosby, maybe a class action can be attempted?
At the very least, there needs to be a ‘grass action’ in play against these dirty attorneys.
