even though Jeff Roe, Cruz’s former campaign manager and Axiom’s top strategist, had previously pledged that he and his firm wouldn’t oppose Huelskamp. From what I have read of Jeff Roe, he's an opportunistic scumbag who should not be used for any political race because he is an unethical liar.
Cruz made a big mistake in hiring him in the first place.
