Anyone see Bill Clintons speech last night? Is it me, or did he admit in that speech that he is a rapist? He gets on stage and starts by saying he was following a girl in 1971, and then says he wanted to touch her but he “didn’t want to start something he couldn’t stop.” WHAT? What does he mean by that?
