With her supreme court,it should be easy.

Yeah, overturning Heller would be about as easy as overturning Roe v. Wade. Neither is gonna happen...

They don’t need to overturn it. They just interpret it away a decision at a time. It will be arbitrary magazine limits, then ammo types, then caliber limits, etc. Just watch. The time will come when Americans will have to decide to either knuckle under or fight it out.

I suspect that overturning Roe v. Wade is far easier than you suppose. Imagine, for a moment if the executive unilaterally declared ObamaCare to be invalid under the "right to privacy of medical records [from the government]" because it mandates government access to those medical records.

Under this situation, I ask this: which overreach would the government strive to control more, the condoning of and indirect murdering of unborn citizens, or the mandated government control of all health-care for all citizens? — keep in mind that with the latter they could eventually work up to "birth licensing" — so, the decision that would ensure more government control of lives is obviously controlling medical care.

As it stands now, nobody in the GOP[e] is willing to make the move to force the USSC to make the choice. (I suspect that is because they would lose one of their "oh my God! you have to vote for us because nobody else will fight it!" [after which they will promptly do nothing].)
