Not long ago, a teenage boy took off all is clothes and ran across a football field during a game as a prank. After learning he would be charged with lewdness and indecent exposure, which would have landed him on the sex offender registry for the rest of his life, he committed suicide. That's horrible. The system is truly broken. It's destroyed compassion in the legal realm.
